Some things need more than a moment.

A quote lands. A session ends. A conversation stays with you longer than you expected. The Deep Reflection Journal was designed for exactly that: the thoughts, realizations, and questions that deserve more space than a sticky note or a mental bookmark.

This isn't a gratitude journal or a mood tracker. It's a structured space for the kind of reflection that actually takes you somewhere new.

What's inside:

  • 160 unique quotes, each paired with a clinically informed processing question or behavioral challenge

  • Lined journal pages designed to support genuine insight about yourself and the world around you

  • A dedicated processing questions page full of 14 prompts that help you explore what a quote or challenge stirrs up across your body, your relationships, your history, and your sense of self — no staring at an empty journal not knowing where to start

  • A glossary of terms to help you name what you're experiencing with more precision

  • Enough space to be honest — with yourself, about yourself, and for yourself.

How it works:

This is a printable PDF. Download it instantly after purchase and print it however works best for you.

  • For the best quality experience: Take it to a local print shop or use an online printing service. Printed on quality paper, spiral or comb bound, it becomes a proper journal you'll actually want to sit with and carry with you. Most print shops provide quick and affordable services.

  • For everyday convenience: Print it at home on standard printer paper, as many pages as you need at a time. You don't have to print all the journal pages at once — print a few pages, use them, and print more when you're ready. A simple binder clip or folder keeps it contained between sessions.

  • For a middle ground: Print at home on cardstock for a sturdier feel without the trip to a print shop. Most home printers handle standard cardstock without issue.

However you print it, the content is the same. Use it alongside the Between-Sessions Deck, bring it to therapy as a between-sessions companion, or use it entirely on your own as a standalone reflective practice.

Who it's for:

Anyone doing the ongoing work of understanding themselves and the world around them better. It was specifically designed to speak to healers and caregivers such as therapists, medical professionals, educators, parents, and involved community members.

For clinicians: A professional license is available for use of this journal in sessions or with with low-income clients who need access to the materials without cost. Licensing is available for individual clincians and practices. To inquire, contact Lindsey@GuidedJourneyStudio.com.
