How we collect it

We collect information when you make a purchase, subscribe to our email list through the Burnout Self-Check page or any other form on the site, or simply browse the site (automatic collection via Wix).

Why we collect it

We use your information to fulfill your orders and deliver your digital products, send you email communications you've opted into, respond to questions or support requests, and improve the site and our products. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

How we store and share your information

Our site is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix stores data on secure servers and manages the technical infrastructure of our store. Payment transactions are processed through Wix Payments, which supports credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Each of these processors handles payment data according to its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS security standards, and we do not have access to your full payment details.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate the site, deliver our products, and provide support, such as our website platform, payment processors, and email services, or as required by law.

The Boundary Compass and your conversations

The Boundary Compass runs on ChatGPT (OpenAI), and a version built on Claude (Anthropic) may be offered in the future. Your conversations take place inside that platform, not on our site. They are saved in your account's chat history until you delete them, and depending on your account settings, the platform may also keep information across your conversations. We don't control those settings. Your conversations are subject to the platform's own privacy policy and data practices, so we encourage you to review it before you use the tool.

Please don't enter identifying information about yourself or others. Conversations with the Boundary Compass are not confidential in the way a conversation with a licensed provider is, and using the tool does not create a legally privileged relationship.

Cookies and tracking

Wix uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, process transactions, and collect the automatic data described above. Third-party services connected to our site, including payment processors, may also use cookies subject to their own policies. You can adjust cookie preferences through your browser settings, though doing so may affect site functionality.

Email communications
