Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on July, 2026.
Our Commitment
Guided Journey Studio is committed to making our website and digital products accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility isn't an afterthought here, it's part of how we think about care, and we take it seriously as an extension of the same values that shape our clinical and educational work.
Conformance Status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone. Conformance means that some, but not necessarily all, criteria have been fully satisfied. We are actively working toward and monitoring full conformance across the site.
What We're Doing
We regularly review our website for accessibility issues, including but not limited to:
-
Ensuring sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
-
Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
-
Structuring headings and page content so they can be navigated with assistive technology
-
Ensuring the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone
-
Reviewing PDF products for readability with screen readers where feasible
Known Limitations
Some of our downloadable products, particularly fillable PDF worksheets and printable materials, may not be fully accessible to all assistive technologies due to the nature of PDF form fields and print-based design. We are actively working to improve accessibility in future versions of these products and welcome feedback on specific barriers you encounter.
Third-Party Content
Our site is built on the Wix platform, and some site functionality (such as checkout, forms, or embedded tools) relies on Wix's underlying code and third-party integrations. While we choose accessible options where we have control, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of all third-party tools or platforms linked from our site, including The Boundary Compass, which operates within ChatGPT (OpenAI) and is subject to OpenAI's own accessibility practices.
Feedback and Contact
We want to hear from you if you experience an accessibility barrier anywhere on our site or with any of our products. Please contact us at lindsey@guidedjourneystudio.com with:
-
The web page or product where you encountered the issue
-
A description of the problem
-
The assistive technology and browser you were using, if applicable
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable timeframe and will do our best to provide the information, item, or transaction you seek through an alternate method if needed.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice or refer to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for guidance on accessibility rights.
